Elegant 2B/2BA in the Heart of Puerto Vallarta

Our 2 week stay at Urban II was great. The condo was displayed exactly as advertised. Very clean, stocked with all the kitchen gadgets we needed. As well as the basics to start our vacation. Having sliding veranda doors at both ends of the condo was great to let the cross breeze in during the day. We all found the location ideal and secure, central to shops, restaurants, bars and only a few blocks from the beach and the Malecon markets. Communication with both the owner and the property manager were spot on, they responded to our needs very promptly. The attendant at the front desk was also very helpful and kind with directing us on things to do in PV. We would definitely stay at Urban II in the future. Teri, Steve, Tanyce & Kaela

The accommodations were fine . The condominium was clean however we had to purchase toiletries which are normally supplied by other condominiums owners in the building .We were told by the rental manager that we could not use the hide a bed in the living room as per the owners request. It was suggested that we purchase a air mattress for any visitor . The master bedroom is located at the back of the property and facing a street with many night clubs which were open until 3 AM every night of the week . The constant noise made it unbearable to sleep at night. After speaking with other owners in the building ,most of them included a cleaning service every week . Ours didn’t . We will not rent this condominium again due to it’s location .
